I've been practicing therapy since 2008 after completing my graduate degree from California Institute of Integral Studies (San Francisco, CA) with a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapy. In my life and in my clinical work, I deeply value creativity and self-expression. In addition to my private practice, I work as a Director of School Partnerships and Trainer for Seneca Family of Agencies, honoring our mission of supporting children and families through the most difficult times in their lives. I have pursued advanced training in family therapy and mindfulness approaches. My style is direct and down-to-earth. I bring an engaged, authentic presence to each session.
I've seen, from the hundreds of clients, couples, and families I've worked with, how much positive change can occur when the optimal support is present. I welcome your call at 510.898.8102 to discuss what challenges you're encountering and how my approach could help you find solutions.
